About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Wearvale website or order from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
How ordering works
We don't run an online checkout. Every order starts as a conversation:
- You send an enquiry through our contact form or by email.
- We reply to confirm stock, size and price, and email you an order link.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we've sent a confirmation.
Sending an enquiry doesn't commit you to anything.
Natural fibres
We knit with wool, alpaca and cotton blends. Small variations in texture and colour between pieces are natural, and colours may look slightly different on screen.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Knits are made in small batches, so availability is only guaranteed once your order is confirmed.
Free repairs
We repair Wearvale knits free of charge for as long as you own them, as described on our story page. Repairs cover normal wear such as snags, small holes and loose seams.
Returns and exchanges
Please see Shipping & Returns. We'll explain the options for your specific order when we confirm it.
Our content
Wearvale designs, logos and text belong to Wearvale. Photography is used under the Unsplash licence. Content may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
